Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 30, 2026

Who we are

This website belongs to Sterling Locksmiths, a mobile locksmith based in Naples, Florida. This policy explains, in plain language, what information the site collects and what we do with it.

What you send us when you get in touch

This website does not collect anything through a form. When you call, text or email us, we receive what you choose to tell us, and we use it to respond to your request and for nothing else. We do not sell it and we do not share it for advertising.

Visit statistics

This site does not run an analytics service and does not set tracking cookies. It keeps one small note in your browser for the length of your visit so the opening animation plays only once.

The service area map

The map on our home page loads its map images from Esri, a mapping company. When the map appears, your browser requests those images directly from Esri's servers, which is how any online map works.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell your personal information.
  • We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
  • We do not run cross-site tracking or targeted advertising.

How long we keep your information

We keep contact information until you ask us to delete it.

Deleting your information

Ask any time: call or text 239-298-0421, or email sterlinglocksmiths@gmail.com. Tell us the name or phone number you used so we can find your records.

Your privacy rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Some states also write these rights into law.

California (CCPA and CPRA)

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, to receive a copy of it, to have it corrected or deleted, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in the CCPA. We will never treat you differently for exercising these rights.

Florida (Digital Bill of Rights)

The Florida Digital Bill of Rights gives Florida residents rights over their personal data, including access, correction, deletion, and the ability to opt out of targeted advertising. We do not run targeted advertising, and we honor access, correction and deletion requests from any Florida resident.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using any method listed above. We respond to every request.

Changes to this policy

If our practices change, we will update this page and the effective date at the top. Your use of this website is also covered by our Terms of Use.
